Structure2Scale provides educational digital products and advisory services. All engagements are subject to the scope described at purchase or in a separate engagement letter.

Payment & Refunds

Digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered. Advisory engagements are refundable in writing within 7 days of purchase, less any work already performed.

Intellectual Property

All materials remain the property of Structure2Scale and are licensed for personal use only. Redistribution is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

We provide educational and advisory services. We are not a law firm, registered investment advisor, or licensed tax preparer. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States.
